Research and Solution of Vibration Problem of an Air-cooled heat exchanger of Reciprocating Compressor

Excessive vibration of complex structures in a multi-excitation environment is an arduous problem. Especially reciprocating compressor, how to quickly and accurately position the sources, analyze excitation features take effective solutions great significance safe stable operation compressor. In this paper, problem excessive air-cooled heat exchanger used variable speed CH4 compressor was studied. The composed tubes, tube boxes support frame. Its evoked by periodic gas pulsation tubes. model simplifies as multi-freedom with excitations using lumped parameter method. has advantages clear physical concept, easy solution high accuracy result. model, simplified three mass blocks connected six springs. And then, modal test carried out on site. modes natural frequencies were obtained according results. After that, above mentioned further single freedom so that it convenient propose control measures. practical application results proved these measures effective. This research provided fast analytical method for problems.
